The interview with Adriana Lima was in a store Delicatessen where she reaches after her boxing classes at Aerospace. Lima reveals that she has been boxing for three years and loves the sport now. She believes that sweating is a secret to a glowing skin. The actress looks pretty when she smiles and looks like a small girl. She also talked about visiting Spain & the Flemish function in New York and Estrella Morente concert which she loved. Though Lima loves her country and her village in Brazil, New York is the place where she always wanted to be as it is an authentic and cultured place for a woman like her to be. Each Sunday, she goes to a Portuguese church and loves soccer for which she always follows NBA. During the interview she also reveals that she is married to the NBA player Marko Jaric and is very happy about it. As far as spirituality is concerned, the actress is a very spiritual person and believes in all religion. She loves her job and does not believe in being superficial at all. With the ending note, she says that one should always dream and then struggle to realize it.
Valentine’s With Valentine
Adriana Lima becomes close and personal in a Valentine Date at Gemma. Talking about her crushes, the actress says that her first crush was on a guy in her school and then her Portuguese teacher. Talking about secret talents Adriana says that she can jump rope for about an hour besides spending hours sweating in the gym. Of lately, the actress developed a hobby of painting canvases with water colour. She confesses that her painting is amateur now but believes that this talent can grow to make her a good painter. Boxing is her love which she started after getting bored with tread mill and weight lifting. The sport is interesting for her and keeps her fat in control. Valentine's Day is all about showing love to the loved ones and expressing them in the form of letters, for her. She loves receiving gifts and has resolved to write more letters this year. She plans to spend the Valentine's Day night at Jackson Hotel and stay in the cabin with her boyfriend to keep each other warm. Her boyfriend for two years which has become her fiancée is her latest obsession. Adriana also talks about her movie with Mickey Rourke, 'The Follow'.

In this Esquire interview Adriana Lima talks about shorts and bras!
The actress says that she loves boy shorts as they are very comfortable. The reasons being it is skimpy and sexy which covers a bit and reveals quite a lot. On being asked whether black is the best colour of bra, she says yes as black bras are feminine and elegant and they can be teamed with anything and everything. She feels that black bras makes one feel confident. According to the Victoria’s Secret model it is not always what a person wears outside but it is more about what one wears inside. She loves bras comfortable bras and the ones that give her extra cleavage. Further, Esquire asks her whether there is any wrong time to gift bra to any women. Adriana Lima says a big no to this. Adriana advices that a bra should always be of the right size. A push- up bra is always preferred by women and men too!

Adriana who was 19 gives interview to the terasheet.com about her life and career. On being asked Adriana reveals that she was only 15 when she moved to New York with her mother’s friend and then later shifted to the house of her agency owner. She managed her way with her looks and talents as English was not her cup of tea. The next question was about her favourite photographer and fashion designer and Lima took the name of Steven Meisel because he is the best and also Albert Watson. Lima’s favourite fashion designer is Chritian Lacroix because of his down- to- earth nature and warm behaviour towards everyone. At the age of 15 she travelled in a plane for the first time and is busy nowadays catching flights every other day for ad campaigns and shoots. She wants to travel all over the world and her favourite place is Marrakesh in Morocco because of the rich culture. Hailing from a poor family, she wants to help the poor and the orphans in every possible way. Her most embarrassing moment was when her top went down during a ramp show and her mom called her the next day to inquire about it.
Victoria’s Secret Swim Suit Interview

Adriana Lima is caught during the shoot of a catalogue for Victoria’s Secret Swimsuit. She is the Brazilian Sereia in the shoot. At the age of 16 she moved to New York in order to start her modelling career. Adriana says that initially it was very tough for her as she did not know a bit of English. She said that thye all call her by the name ‘Sapnky. She acquired her name Spanky from an incident which was very funny. Once a waitress came up to her and asked for Scampy shrimp along with Kus Kus. She did not understand the meaning and then did not say anything. After a while she went and told the waiter that she needs ‘Sapnky’ with ‘ku ku’. This was a hilarious scene for everyone that was present with her. Then onwards she got her nick name- Spanky which everyone calls her. This language barrier was a challenge to her but despite this she landed her big break. On arriving in New York, Adriana saw several girls and boys who were as beautiful as she is and all were trying for their big break. At that point, she had to maintain her confidence in herself. It is this confidence that has made this Brazilian village girl come to spot light in front of the whole world.
